On iOS?


If you are on an iPhone, you can only use LevelUp via. Safari.
This is due to Apples security measures that do not allow video chat from other web applications using other browsers than Safari.

This means that Chrome on iOS DOES NOT support LevelUp video sessions.

Unfortunately, the "Add to Home Screen" feature has the same limitations and DOES NOT support LevelUp video sessions.

We hope that Apple will ramp up their support of webapps - but untill then you have to use the Safari browser.

On your company network?

If you are using LevelUp on a company network it might block our video software for company security reasons. This means that you are operating on a restricted network and you will have to contact your IT-support and let them unlock the LevelUp video service:

  1. Contact your IT-support

  2. Verify the error and check the software requirements in a restricted network by sending the following link to your IT-support:

  3. Unlock the LevelUp service by adjusting the network connectivity requirements.

  4. Refresh and try again

You can also:

Switch from your company's restricted network to your mobile-data. Create and use a Personal Hotspot and use it as an alternative Wi-Fi network

  1. Go to Settings on your phone

  2. Click "mobile" and "personal hotspot"

  3. Located and click "Allow others to join"

  4. Connect to Personal Hotspot on your PC or Mac in your Wi-Fi settings
