LevelUp is designed for individuals and businesses for effective people development.

In the application you can engage in development acitivities and your personal data is stored encrypted and never visible to other users.

Your data is kept as long as you are subscribing to the LevelUp service.

Your tasks, written reflections, chat messages and the written feedback you receive are yours privately. You may choose to share the contents with others, if you wish to do so.

LevelUp is developed and operated by AS3 A/S. Your application data is stored and served on Google Firebase cloud-based services in USA only in encrypted format and only accessible to AS3's technicians in compliance with GDPR (Learn about Firebase GDPR compliance here). To ensure our users make best as possible use of the LevelUp platform we also track general usage - sharing no personal data, but only tracking time spent, features used etc. - of app ( and website ( using the tracking services of Google Analytics (Learn about Google Analytics GDPR compliance here) and ActiveCampaign (Learn about ActiveCampaign GDPR compliance here).

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

You have the right to know about the stored personal data on you

To provide this service, we need to store the following data about you:

  • Your business email address, name and organisational affiliation

  • Your activities in the application and messaging with other people via the application

In the application, any information that you record is labeled with a note about exactly who you will be sharing the information with. In connection with the administration of LevelUp's application database, AS3's database administrators have access to all data. This access is limited to few people and all access is logged in the application platform log.

You have the right to retrieve the data we store about you

You have the right to retrieve a copy of the data we store about you. We will provide you with a human readable file containing everything if you ask for it. As we are also committed to Data Portability, we will also make sure the file is formatted in a computer readable file.

We cannot support any input/output format, but consider well-formed HTML, object notation and JSON to be parseable to most systems. Please send an email to if you wish to start this process.

You have the right to demand your data deleted by us

You have the right to be forgotten. If you let us know, we will delete all our records of you and anything containing personal information.

If you have not had any activitiy in LevelUp in 12 months, your personal information will automatically come up for deletion and you will be notified to log in again to prevent your personal information from automatic deletion.

If we have a breach of our security or even if we think we may be at risk, we are committed to notifying all users via email as soon as possible and within 72 hours.

You are entitled to complain about the processing of your data

If you are not satisfied with the way we process your data, you can file a complaint with us.

Tracking on our site support the following purposes:

  • We use trackers from Facebook, LinkedIn and Google to optimize our campaign effectiveness and be able to serve more relevant contents to you.

  • We never track or store any of your data related to coaching or other development activities on the LevelUp platform on the above mentioned services. Only browsing data (like pages visited, time spent, features activated, etc.) are tracked.

How you may avoid it

To opt-out of our use of cookies, you can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of our Services. LevelUp and our third party partners also collect information using web beacons (also known as "tracking pixels").
